Lawrence (Larry) Repar has joined The JIAN Group after an illustrious career with Masonite International, based in Tampa, Florida. Larry served as Executive Vice President in a variety of Global roles, including Corporate Strategy and Development, Sales and Marketing, Chief Operating Officer and most recently as Chief Customer Experience Officer. Mr. Repar has more than 30 years of experience in the building products industry. Prior to joining Masonite, Mr. Repar worked for Sanwa McCarthy Securities Limited as a financial analyst and as Director of Institutional Sales and Trading, focusing on public companies in the building products sector. Previously he owned his own window and door company in Toronto, Canada. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida and Friends of the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario. Larry graduated from The Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University in London, Ontario.
