Dir. Financial Evaluation

Mrs. Mangano joins The JIAN Group as Director of Financial Evaluation with extensive Finance and Operational expertise.  Prior to joining The JIAN Group, Mrs. Mangano served as Director of Finance at Windstream Communications.

Mrs. Mangano was responsible for the implementation and control of all fiscal processes, including all financial reporting, KPIs, sales performance, budget modeling, and EBITDA growth. 

She played an integral role during the due diligence process and post close integration of two significant acquisitions during her tenure.

Mrs. Mangano gained her knowledge through positions held at Fortune 500 companies specializing in the financial and telecommunications realm. Her financial experience includes a wide spectrum of skills established from portfolio analysis, SEC filings, Chapter 11 restructuring and global integration of financial reporting systems.

Mrs. Mangano’s extensive financial background and exceptional organizational and communication skills support The JIAN Group’s analytical operations team in compiling company valuations and preparing Client presentations.

Mrs. Mangano holds a B.S. in Business Management from Wesley College and now resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two sons.
